Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not collect personal information. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no account system. You can browse the whole catalogue without giving us anything.

The enquiry form

The form on our contact page does not send anything to us directly. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email application with the message already written, and you choose whether to send it. Nothing you type is stored by this website or transmitted to our servers.

When you contact us

If you message, email or call us, we hold what you send — your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry — so we can answer it and fulfil any order you place. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone except where we are required to by law.

Messages sent over WhatsApp also pass through WhatsApp, and email through your and our email providers. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like almost all web hosting, the platform records standard technical request logs, including IP addresses, for security and service operation. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nalieh.com or call 0712 678 390 and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when what we do changes. In particular, online payment and order accounts are not offered today; if we introduce them, this policy will be rewritten before they go live and the change will be noted here.
