How ordering and delivery work, and what we need from you to get it right.
Delivery areas, charges and expected delivery times are confirmed at the time of ordering. The details below describe how ordering works today — contact the team for the current delivery terms for your area before placing an order.
How to order
Ordering is a conversation. Message us on WhatsApp or call, and tell us what you need. Including these three things in your first message gets you a price and a delivery time in one reply:
- Product name — the Nalieh product you want, for example Pure Mwea Pishori Rice or Whole Green Cardamon.
- Pack size — the size you need, if you already know it.
- Quantity — how many of each.
Add the area you would like the order delivered to and we will confirm the delivery charge and timing with your quote.
Availability
Where a product is temporarily unavailable, the team will advise on alternatives from the range or on the next available stock. We would rather tell you a product is out than substitute something you did not ask for.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are the confirmed prices for the pack sizes listed. Where a product shows Price on enquiry, the current price is confirmed when you order — we publish a price only once it is confirmed rather than displaying an estimate.
Collection
Orders can also be collected in person from Moi Avenue, Iconic Business Plaza, Mezzanine Floor M12, Nairobi. Let us know when you order so we can have it ready.
Questions about an order
For anything about an order already placed — timing, changes or a problem with what arrived — call or WhatsApp the same number you ordered on and quote the product and date.
